After peeling back the foil, the exposed
opening allows much easier removal of tissue material. The multiple layered foil material has a
high transparency. The foil and its bonding to the flask remain tight when
filled to 200 ml |
Since the external dimensions are based
on the 50 ml centrifuge tube, the use of our tubes in standard beaker inserts
is possible. Thanks to a special screw cap, the tube cannot
roll away. Regaining a previous position is thus guaranteed. The drop-shaped growth surface of 10 cm2
allows it to be exactly worked with a scraper.

Our filter screw caps possess a
hydrophobic membrane with a poresize of 0.22 µm. The joining process between
the plastic material and the filter is a product of our own processing
experience |
The "Vent" marking on the
screw cap indicates defined aeration. The clicked-in venting position is clearly
seen by means of a slightly raised rectangle found on the highest point on
the cap. When the cap is turned through 90° the flask closes and is
gas-tight. |

Changes in blade angle require slight
pressure on the handle using the forefinger, thus pushing the handle downward
towards the floor of the container. Slight rotation of the handle will then
cause the blade to twist to another direction. |
Easily-opened foil packs allow ready
removal of the scraper by its handle, thus reducing the risk of
contamination. The blades are made from a specially
soft and flexible polyethylene material. The spatula finds its main application
on flasks with foil lids. Rapid detachment of the culture is promoted by
stable spatula design. This product can also be used on other containers such
as dishes. |
