FUNDAMENTOS DEL SISTEMA

El principio de la limpieza por ultrasonidos consiste en la utilización de las ondas sonoras de alta frecuencia (40 KHz) que un generador produce a un transductor y éste las propaga mecánicamente en el interior de la cuba, produciendo un efecto de cavitación que origina la formación de millones de burbujas microscópicas = de baja presión que ejercen una limpieza molecular, eliminando las impurezas, contaminantes y suciedad de las piezas o materiales que deben = ser limpiados. Las piezas complicadas pueden limpiarse sin necesidad de desmontarlas, ya que la cavitación penetrará en cualquier parte donde la solución limpiadora esté en contacto con la superficie.
El generador de estos baños está completamente transistorizado e incorporado en el mismo, trabajan= do por el sistema de "Frecuencia de Barrido" que asegura una cavitación uniforme en todo los puntos de la= cuba de resonancia.
